All plots have a panoramic view and are near the sea. The furthest distance is 1.000 m.

There are two categories of plots suitable for building:

Plots out of the city limits

In such cases, 4,000 sq.m. of land are required to build 200sq.m. as one or more constructions. However, it is possible to purchase a section of the 4,000sq.m. in order to build a house smaller than 200sq.m. On Spetses, in particular, 20,000sq.m. are required for the construction of 400sq.m.

Plots within city or village limits

These Plots needs to be 500 m2 in order to build on them. There are few special specifications for these plots.

TRANSFER OF PROPERTY

We will handle for you all the procedures of buying, which are the following:

1. When you have found a plot, which you want and you agree on the price you'll make us your representative for the buying and we will draw up the deed for you.

2. You let us know of your needs as far as space, rooms, balconies, roofs and shape are concerned.

3. With this as our guidelines we'll make up an architectural plan, which we will show to you.

4. Before the contract a survey is made to verify its suitability for building, a check of all titles by our legal advisor and every action, which is demanded to guarantee the deed by our notary public.
